Cadets walking by Barracks No. 2 Clemson University Libraries On back: [Second Barracks]. Clemson College, the state college of South Carolina, is one of America's largest all ROTC colleges. Clemson's pre-war enrollment was 2,340 all men students and the cadet corps is now rapidly building back to the 1940 level. This is one of eight barracks in which Clemson students are housed.
