Full size bas-relief panel of Strom Thurmond, circa 1980 Clemson University Libraries In room with other artwork, including a smaller bas-relief panel of Strom Thurmond that is possibly a model or study for the larger work. The larger panel originally was created for the Strom Thurmond Federal Office Building in Columbia, South Carolina but never installed there.
