This is the main library reading room at Clemson, South Carolina's agricultural and engineering college. The college museum, containing hundreds of souvenir pieces from the battlefields of World War II, is housed on the second floor. An all--ROTC college with a a regular enrollment of 2,340 all-men students, Clemson had more than 6,000 former students in America's armed services during World War II.
